Small commercial lots
Small commercial lots (roughly 10 spaces or fewer) start at $85 a push and are quoted from a photo and the lot size. We focus on small offices, storefronts and multi-family driveways rather than big plazas.
What is included
- Lot, entrance and walkway clearing
- Salt on request
- Per-push or time-and-materials billing
- Text confirmation after each visit
How it works
- Send a photo of the lot and the address.
- We price it the same day, per push or seasonal.
- You get a text after each visit.
Good to know
- Big plazas, snow hauling and 24-hour contracts are outside what we take on.
- We do not start commercial contracts until insurance is in place.
Questions
Do you plow large parking lots?
Not at the moment. We take lots of about 10 spaces or fewer. We will tell you honestly if yours is too big.
