Privacy

When you send a quote or reservation request we collect your name, phone number, address, optional email, notes and any photo you add (including your markup). We use it to price your job, contact you about it, and run the service. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

Photos and request details are stored securely and sent to Snow Pass Boston by email and a private team message. We keep request records for the winter season and a reasonable time after for billing. Ask us to delete yours at any time.

Text messages are sent only about your request or your service. Reply STOP to opt out. Deposits are paid by card through Stripe and we never see your card number.
