Common questions
How does the seasonal deposit work?
A $100 deposit holds your spot for the 2026–27 season and comes off the total. The balance is due December 1. We take at most 40 seasonal homes so service stays quick.
Snow Pass or pay per storm?
The Snow Pass (seasonal contract) is a flat $425 to $750 for the 2026–27 season depending on driveway size, covering up to 12 pushes of up to 6 in. It breaks even at about 8 pushes, puts you first in line, and means no surprise bills. Pay-per-storm is best if you travel in winter or have a short driveway.
When will you plow after the storm?
We start when the snow stops and work through pass holders first. We do not promise a clock time, because storms and routes vary, but you get a text when we start and when we finish.
Can you plow if there are cars in the driveway?
We plow around parked cars and clear what we can reach. Moving cars out the night before gets you the best result, and during a town parking ban the street side may be plowed by the town first.
What snow depth triggers a plow?
2 in or more per storm for pay-per-storm customers and 2 in for seasonal contracts. Under that, text us and we will come out for the minimum visit if you want it done.
Why is the number of passes limited?
Seasonal spots are capped at 40 homes so every pass holder can be served quickly after a storm. When the spots are gone, we stop taking new passes.
Reserve your pass before the first storm.
We take 40 homes, then close the list. $100 holds your spot and is fully refundable until November 1.
